We’re celebrating my big 5-0 in truly glamorous style: rolling up our sleeves and working on an aid shipment at the LHI warehouse!
I’ve also decided that 50 years calls for 50 goats! Goats are helping families become self-sufficient fast and move out of refugee camps. LHI distributes goats in Afghanistan, Burundi, Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, and other locations where families know exactly how to grow the herd and start a business.
Each goat costs $150 and helps lift a family toward lasting stability.
You can join the party in person to help with a hands-on service project, donate for a goat in my honor, or — best of all — do both!
Come hang out, lift some boxes (or just your drink), and help me reach my goal of 50 goats. It might sound ridiculous, but so does turning 50 — so let’s make it count!
