IN-KIND DONATION TAX FORM
Since LHI is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, individuals who donate aid items can claim the value of those items as a deduction when they file their taxes. If you have donated aid items and would like to claim the deduction, or if you host a drop-off location and would like to provide a copy of the form to anyone dropping off donations, just click on the button below to open a PDF form that you can download and print.
