Congratulations, you met your Kids Club fundraising goal! Now you get to name your animal. Just complete the form below (with a grown-up’s help) to name your animal and receive your Animal Tracks supporter certificate. Once you submit your responses, your certificate will be emailed to you in minutes. If you don’t see an email from Patrick with subject line “Your LHI Animal Tracks Certificate,” check your spam folder or contact Patrick for help at patrick@lhi.org.
